At the outset, learned APP states upon instructions that the appellant has expired and in this regard he has handed over a copy of status report issued under the signatures of SHO PS Kirti Nagar, Delhi. The status report is accompanied by the post-mortem report of the appellant as well as statements of two brothers of the appellant.
