By virtue of the present application, the petitioner seeks release of the surety bond and amount of Rs.50,000/- lying with the learned Registrar General of this Court in the captioned petitioner as per the Settlement dated 25.08.2025 entered into between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMCC). 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3 submits that the said respondents have no objection if the present application is allowed and the said amount is released to the petitioner in terms of the Settlement dated 25.08.2025 executed inter se the parties.

hereinabove, surety bond and amount of Rs.50,000/- lying with the learned Registrar General of this Court in the captioned petitioner is directed to be released in favour of the petitioner.

Needless to say, the parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions set out in the Settlement dated 25.08.2025 executed inter se them before the DHCMCC.
