This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking an appropriate direction to the NRC to process the application of the petitioner institution in its next meeting. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner on 30.12.2012 had applied online for seeking recognition for D.El. Ed.Course to the NRC. The case has a long chequered history with various other litigations which are not relevant for the present order. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner is that on 24.9.2018 the Appellate Authority remanded the matter back to NRC for taking further action in accordance with NRC Regulations. A show cause notice was received by the petitioner through the NRC on 1.3.2019. A reply has been sent by the petitioner. However, the matter is pending since then. 3.

The matter is pending for some time. Let the concerned authority of

the respondent, namely, WRC in its next meeting consider the case of the petitioner, as per law.
