The present application under Section 528 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers:
"a) Allow the present application;
b) Be pleased to prepone the date of hearing in CRL. M.C. No. 2892 of 2024 titled "Kunal Ramchandani v. Parveen Saraswat", and direct that the same be listed for early hearing, preferably prior to the date fixed in the application under Section 421 CrPC before the Ld. Trial Court;
c) Take on record the Petitioner's bona fide undertaking that he is willing to deposit the compensation amount in reasonable instalments, owing to his current financial constraints, and that he is not seeking to avoid or delay compliance with the orders passed by the Learned Trial Court and Learned Sessions Court; d) Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and fairly does not oppose the present application.

The present petition under Section 528 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers:
"1. Quash and set aside the Order dated 25.10.2024, passed by the Court of Sh. Shiv Kumar, Ld. JMFC, NI Act, Digital Court-01, South West District, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi in the case bearing no. CC NI ACT/15459/2023 titled as "ParveenSaraswat VS KunalRamchandani", AND the order dated 14.02.2025 Passed By the Court of Shri Gagandeep Jindal, Ld. Add. Session Judge (SFTC), South West District, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi In CR NO.47/2025, Titled ''Shri. Kunal Ramchandani Vs Parveen Saraswat"
2. Pass such orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioner, in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset submits that he does wish to press this petition on merits and submits that he may be permitted to pay 20% of the cheque amount, i.e, Rs. 2,40,000/- to the complainant in 4 equal installments.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection to the same.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with the direction that the amount of Rs. 2,40,000/- shall be paid to the complainant in 4 equal installments of Rs. 60,000/- each within a period of 3 months from The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
