% 10.02.2016 Present writ petition has been filed by petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking a direction to the respondents to produce his wife, Ms.Yuganshi Gahlawat, before this Court.

Pursuant to the directions passed by this Court, Ms.Yuganshi Gahlawat, wife of the petitioner, has been produced in Court. Petitioner is also present in Court along with his counsel.

We have spoken to the petitioner as also Ms.Yuganshi Gahlawat in the Chamber. We have also spoken to the father of Ms.Yuganshi Gahlawat in the Chamber. Ms.Yuganshi Gahlawat submits that she does not wish to join the company of the petitioner.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wishes to withdraw the present petition to enable the petitioner to seek such remedies as may be available to him in accordance with law.
