CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JAYANT NATH

O R D E R

% 14.09.2020 This hearing is conducted through Video Conferencing. CM Nos.22518-22519/2020 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Applications stand disposed of.

W.P.(C) 6342/2020 1.

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking appropriate direction to the respondents to forthwith grant the consequential benefits of the order of this court dated 25.09.2019 and to include the name of the petitioner/institution in the list of recognised institutions being maintained by the respondents on their website and to forthwith inform the affiliating University as well as the Department of Higher Education, Government of Madhya Pradesh regarding the recognised status of the petitioner institution for conducting B.Ed.course for the Academic Year 2020-21. This court in WP(C)10424/2019 dated 25.09.2019 had passed an appropriate direction quashing the decision of the WRC taken in its meeting on 19th to 21st

August 2019 by which order the recognition to the petitioner was withdrawn and WRC was directed to re-examine the issue again. The matter is still pending with WRC.

2.

As the withdrawal order already stands quashed, it would be in the interest of justice that the respondent may change status of the petitioner on its website. It would be appropriate that a communication in this regard is also sent to the Department of Higher Education, State of MP and to the affiliating University. The aforesaid shall be complied with by the respondents forthwith/within two days from today. 3.

Nothing further survives in the petition. Petition is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 4.

Needless to add that this direction is subject to whatever decision the WRC may take, as per law.
