There is a delay of 500 days in filing the present appeal. None appeared on behalf of the respondents, despite sending advance notice. 4.

The appellants are assailing the impugned judgment-cum-award dated 27.09.2022, challenging the quantum of compensation awarded to the appellants/parents of the deceased.

In the accompanying application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, it is submitted that the delay of 500 days has occasioned since the LRs of the deceased were under depression due to the untimely death of their child and could not contact their counsels.

Accordingly, the present application seeking condonation of delay is hereby dismissed.
