% 10.04.2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties submitted that the impugned award has already been complied with on 6th June, 2013 by reinstating the workman/ deceased respondent herein and all the back wages computed as per the award for the period of 1st October, 1991 till 22nd March, 2003 has been paid. It is further submitted that the workman expired on 18th May, 2022. Hence, there is nothing left in the instant petition for adjudication.

On the statement made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, I do not find any reason to kept matter pending, therefore, nothing is left for further adjudication in the instant petition. Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of.
