2. It will be open to the Petitioner („Assessee‟) to raise all the points urged in the present petition before the Assessing Officer (AO). If not already done, the Assessee is permitted to file further reply to the notice issued to the Assessee not later than 30th June, 2019. A reasoned order be passed by the AO on the impugned notice in accordance with law.

3. A copy of the speaking order will be furnished to the Assessee within two

weeks of the passing of the order. If the Assessee is aggrieved by such order, it will be open to the Assessee to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
