Criminal Revision Petition under Section 422 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as „B.N.S.S.‟), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, Rajeev Jain for setting-aside the impugned Order/Judgment dated 13.01.2025 of the learned ASJ-05, SouthWest, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi. 4.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Petition with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court to proceed further in his Complaint under Section 200 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
