This is an application filed under Section 151 of CPC, 1908 seeking early hearing of the main petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as the matter has been settled. It is stated that during the pendency of the matter, the petitioner and respondents No. 1, 3 and 8 settled all their disputes as recorded in the Consent Award dated 11.07.2025 passed by the Sole Arbitrator and accordingly, a withdrawal application bearing I.A. No. 19188/2025 was filed by the petitioner, which was listed on 26.08.2025 before this Court, however, the said matter did not reach due to paucity of time and was renotified for 17.10.2025.

In view of the same, the petitioner is seeking that the main petition along with the withdrawal application be listed on an early date i.e., prior to 17.10.2025, so as to allow the petitioner to withdraw the main petition.

For the said reasons, the application is allowed and the main petition is taken up for hearing.

The present application is disposed of accordingly. O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 137/2024 6.
In view of the order above in I.A. 22402/2025, since the matter has been settled the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and all undertakings stand discharged.
