Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mandate has expired on 30.04.2024.

Considering the aforesaid request and the no objection given by the other side, the present petition is allowed, and the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a period of six months till 31.10.2024. Further, the period lapsed from 30.04.2024 till date is also regularised. The petition stands disposed of.
