The present Petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [hereinafter referred to as "CPC"] against the order dated 10.01.2025 passed by learned Principal District Judge, South, Saket District Courts, New Delhi [hereinafter referred to as "Impugned Order"]. By the Impugned Order, the Application filed under Section 24 of the CPC has been dismissed by the learned Trial Court. 4.

The present Petition is not maintainable before this Court in view of the proviso to Section 115 of the CPC.
