% 29.01.2016 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for summoning of witness before the learned Arbitrator.

Issue notice. Counsel for the respondent accepts notice. The proceedings are pending before the Arbitrator i.e. at the stage of recording the evidence of the petitioner. The petitioner wishes to examine eight witnesses. The next date before the Arbitrator is fixed on 15th February, 2016 at 3:00 pm. The petitioner wants to summon two witnesses namely Mr. Piyush Prakash and Mr.Pradeep Burman.

Counsel for the respondent has no objection for the same.

Ordered accordingly.

Petitioner is permitted to summon the said witnesses who are shown at Serial Nos.1 and 2 in para 9 of the application before the sole Arbitrator on the next date

i.e. 15th February, 2016.

The petitioner will take all the necessary steps to take the notice of the said witnesses from the Registry. Dasti in addition.

The petition is disposed of. Dasti.
