This is an application filed by the Petitioner seeking exemption from filing originals/certified/cleared/typed or translated copies of documents, proper margins, electronic documents, etc. Original documents shall be produced/filed, if sought, strictly as per the provisions of the Commercial Courts, Commercial Division and Commercial Appellate Division of High Courts Act, 2015 and the Delhi High Court (Original Side) Rules, 2018. 3.

Exemption is allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.

The present petition under Section 29(A) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the Petitioner -CEC-CICI JV seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitrator. 5.

contract dated 15th March, 2012 entered into between them. The arbitral tribunal comprising three Arbitrators was constituted on 27th May, 2022. 6.

It is submitted that the mandate of the Arbitrator is expiring on 26th May, 2024 and the matter is at the stage of final arguments. Ld. Counsel for the Respondent does not have an objection to the mandate being extended. Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitrator is extended till 31st December, 2024.
