This petition has been filed, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of an Arbitral Tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties under a Contract awarded by way of Notification of Award dated 01.05.2012. 2.
The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal was extended from time to time, lastly by order dated 29.01.2024 in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 62/2024 until 31.05.2024. 3.
The learned Arbitral Tribunal has reserved the Award on 20.10.2023. Thereafter an application was filed by the petitioner for filing of certain additional documents, but by order dated 11.03.2024, the Tribunal has dismissed the application filing of additional documents. Mr. Sandeep Das, learned counsel for the respondent, appears on advance notice, states that the respondent has no objection to the relief sought.

The petition, alongwith the pending application, stands disposed of in these terms.
