The Petition under Section 29A (4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for extension of the mandate of the learned Tribunal.

It is submitted that the mandate is expiring on 01.05.2024. It is submitted that the learned Arbitrator has already reserved the proceedings for announcement of the Award.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection if the mandate of the learned Tribunal is extended.
