O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 361/2024 By way of the present petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the petitioner seeks an extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

Learned counsel submits that the matter is at the final stage. It has been submitted that in terms of the order dated 17.10.2023 passed in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM) No.521/2023, the mandate was extended till 30.04.2024.
