The present petition has been filed, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of an Arbitral Tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties under two Notification of Award of Contracts dated 11.12.2008. 2.
The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal was extended on 06.11.2023 by mutual consent of the parties for a period of six months, which will expire on 06.06.2024.

The proceedings are at the stage of final arguments. 4.
Mr. Adarsh Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent, appears on advance notice and states that the respondent has no objection to the relief sought.

With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the petition is allowed and the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal is extended for O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 363/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
