This is an application filed on behalf of the respondent seeking to modify the order dated 29.04.2025 to the extent of ordering the release of the attached coking coal.

Since the full and final payment of the outstanding amount of USD 141,862.36 has been paid, Mr. Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the attachment made on 29.04.2025 stands vacated.

If there are any amounts outstanding, Mr. Gupta, learned counsel seeks and is granted liberty to claim the same during arbitration proceedings.
