1. This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking recall of order dated 03.05.2024.

2. Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, we find that the present application is in the nature of a review petition. However, the grounds raised by the petitioner do not fall within the limited ambit of review jurisdiction. It appears that the petitioner is attempting to re-argue the matter, which is impermissible under review jurisdiction.
