% 16.01.2019 CM APPL 54005/2018 (for modification) By way of this application, modification of order of 4th December, 2018 is sought to incorporate the reason as to why the petition has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for applicant/petitioner submits that this petition had become infructuous, in view of the Circular of Director General dated 29th September, 2016 and an affidavit has been filed to the effect that the computation of the gratuity etc. has been made and dispersed. While taking on record the aforesaid factual position on record, the application is disposed of.
