The present Appeal under Section 10 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966, has been filed by the Appellant against the Judgment dated 25.10.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge in CS(OS) 266/2021. 2.

None appears on behalf of the Appellant.

Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 4 submits that in view of the fact that the suit, CS(OS) 266/2021, has already been dismissed under Order IX Rule 8 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC"), the present Appeal has been rendered infructuous. 4.

It is noted that, in the present Appeal, the order impugned dated 25.10.2021 is a consolidated order which was passed by the learned Single Judge in two applications i.e. I.A.7119/2021 under Order The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. In view of the above, the present Appeal is disposed of being infructuous, with liberty to the Appellant to file an appropriate application for revival of the same, in the event the cause for continuance of the present Appeal survives. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
