By way of instant writ petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks the following relief:- a) To call for the records of the case ; I D No. 58/2015, titled as Smt. Sanju Devi versus National Bureau of Genetic Resources, before the Presiding Officer, Central Govt. Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court No. 1, Rose A venue Courts, New Delhi, b) To give directions to the Presiding Officer, Central Govt. Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court No. 1, Rose Avenue Courts, New Delhi, I D No. 58/2015, titled as Smt. Sanju Devi versus National Bureau of Genetic Resources, pending for 24.07.2024, for deciding the same within a time frame of three months c) Costs of the present petition be also awarded in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondent.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions, does not press the instant writ petition and seeks an innocuous prayer to approach the concerned tribunal for expeditious disposal of his case. It is submitted that the I D No. 58/2015, titled as "Smt. Sanju Devi versus National Bureau of Genetic Resources" has been pending since 2015 and no effective order passed by the tribunal. He is prayed that the tribunal may be directed to dispose of the matter and pass a detailed and reasoned order in accordance with law expeditiously i.e. preferably within six months.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 4.
After perusal of the record, contentions made in the petition as well as the innocuous prayer made on behalf of the learned counsel for petitioner, I am inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner. 5.
In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to place the order of this Court before the learned Tribunal within one week and thereafter, the learned Tribunal is directed to adjudicate the dispute and pass an appropriate order expeditiously, preferably within 6 months.
