O R D E R

The present petition raises a grievance as regards the alleged unauthorized construction in property bearing No.3814-15, Darba Pan, Gali Ram Nath Patwa, Paharganj, New Delhi-110055.

Learned counsel for the MCD, who appears on advance notice, submits that upon inspection of the aforesaid property, certain deviations from the sanction plan have been found. Consequently, a show cause notice has been issued. He further submits that appropriate action qua the unauthorized construction subsisting at the property shall be taken expeditiously and in accordance with law. He further submits that if any unauthorized construction is ongoing, urgent steps shall be taken to bring the same to an immediate halt.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition. The same is accordingly, disposed of. 4.
