The present petition is directed against an order dated 11.03.2020, passed by the learned DRAT in Appeal No.567 of 2018 filed by the respondent No.1/Dena Bank, being aggrieved by an order dated 19.08.2018, passed by DRT-I in a Securitization Application filed by it under Section 17(1) of the SARFAESI Act, against the petitioner herein (respondent No.1 therein).

By the impugned order, the learned DRAT has set aside the order dated 19.08.2018, passed by the DRT-1 and has remanded the case back for a fresh decision after taking into consideration the material placed on record by the parties before the DRT.

After addressing arguments for some time, Mr.Sanjeev Bhandari, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the DRT on the date fixed, for addressing fresh arguments on the S.A. moved by the respondent No.1/Dena Bank, as directed by the DRAT. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications.
