The present petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the rejection of his insurance claim by respondent no. 2/Insurance Company.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner accedes that all the medical bills of the petitioner have been reimbursed by the insurance company.

It is also agreed by the concerned insurance company that the coverage under the relevant insurance policy is to the extent of Rs. 60,00,000/-.

As such, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. No further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. The same is accordingly disposed of.
