This writ petition was disposed of on 07.02.2025 directing the Registry to release the amount deposited with this Court within a period of three weeks.

The matter is listed today on an office note stating that since the amount was invested in the FDR, some interest has accrued on the deposited amount but there is no order for the release of the interest amount. 3.

Accordingly, the order dated 07.02.2025 is clarified that the amount deposited in this Court will be released in favour of the Respondent by the Registry along with interest accrued upto date.
