The present petition raises a grievance as regards alleged unauthorized construction at property bearing Khasra Nos.150 and 151, Saidulajab, New Delhi.

submits that Khasra No.150 stands acquired by the DDA. In view thereof, there is no question of any construction therein being carried out by any third party.

Learned counsel for MCD, who appears on advance notice, submits that the property in question shall be inspected forthwith and if any unauthorized construction is found to be subsisting, steps shall be taken to remove the same in accordance with law. He further submits that if any unauthorized construction is found to be ongoing, urgent steps shall be taken to bring the same to an immediate halt, in accordance with law. 4.

The above statement of learned counsel for MCD is taken on record. In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. The same is accordingly, disposed of. 5.
