The present petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to fix the meeting of 'Identification Committee of Willful Defaulters' either in Delhi or Noida.

In response, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the all the petitioners need not travel to Mumbai for the purposes of hearing and only one Authorised Representative from the petitioner company can visit Mumbai and appear before the 'Identification Committee of Willful Defaulters'.

the respondents, after some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that she will withdraw the present petition. However, she submits that liberty may be granted to make a request for appearance through Video Conferencing ("VC"), in case of any difficulty on any date for appearing physically before the 'Identification Committee of Willful Defaulters'.

Accordingly, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make a representation before the respondents to appear through VC, in case of any difficulty to appear physically before the 'Identification Committee of Willful Defaulters' in Mumbai. In case, such a representation is made by the petitioners, the same shall be considered by the respondent no. 1 and appropriate liberty shall be granted to the Authorised Representative of the petitioners to appear through VC in such a case. 7.

Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the aforesaid directions.
