1. This is an application filed by learned counsel for the petitioner with a prayer that his name which has been recorded as "Mr.Shekha, CGSC" in the order dated 04.09.2024 be corrected to "Mr.Balendu Shekhar, CGSC".

2. The application is, for the reasons stated therein, allowed by directing that the name of "Mr.Shekha", learned counsel for the petitioners in the order dated 04.09.2024 will be read as "Mr.Balendu Shekhar".

3. The application stands disposed of.
