This petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the Order dated 11.10.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (PB), New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as 'Tribunal') in Original Application No. 3975 of 2015 (hereinafter referred to as, 'O.A') titled Ravi Shamkar Saini & Ors. v Union of India & Ors. 3.

One of the grounds urged by the petitioner against the Impugned Order is that the petitioner, by a bona fide error, conceded that the case of the respondents would be covered by the outcome of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. W.P.(C) No. 3527/2019 titled Union of India & Ors. v. K.P. Rajagopal &Anr., which is pending before this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said writ petition is on different factual basis and would not cover the case of the respondents.

If that be the case, in our opinion the appropriate remedy of the petitioner is first to approach the learned Tribunal by way of an appropriate application.

The learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the learned Tribunal with an appropriate application in accordance with law. 6.
