1. The medical records have been produced. The Petitioner weighs 63 Kgs whereas the standard weight given the height and age of the Petitioner had to be 55 Kgs with standard deviation of 6 Kgs either way.

2. Clearly, therefore, even allowing for the standard deviation, the Petitioner is overweight. No case is made out for interference. The petition is dismissed.
