The present petition raises a grievance as regards the inadequate maintenance of Tikona Park, Zakir Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi. 2.

Learned counsel for MCD, who appears on advance notice, controverts the submission made in the present petition. He submits that there is no deficiency in maintenance of the park in question. 3.

After some hearing, respective counsel for the parties are in agreement that the park in question shall be inspected by the concerned Director, Horticulture along with the petitioner or his representative to ascertain the status of maintenance thereof. If any deficiency is found in the maintenance or if any repair/rectification is required to be done, the same shall be done expeditiously.

It is agreed between the parties that the inspection shall be carried out on 07.05.2024 at 04:30 PM.

With the aforesaid directions, the present petition stands disposed of. 6.
