At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to some inadvertent typographical errors which have crept in the writ petitions, he may be granted leave to withdraw the present writ petitions with liberty to file fresh writ petitions on the same cause of action. 4.

Taking into account that the writ petitions are itself at the preliminary stage, we dismiss the writ petitions as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh writ petitions on the same cause of action. 5.
