The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the present writ petition. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already taken benefit of the "SUNIYO" Scheme, floated by the respondent, wherein, the petitioner has already cleared the House Tax, for the current year 2025-26 and previous five years. 3.

He, thus, submits that in view thereof, the present writ petition has become infructuous and is required to be withdrawn. 4.
