The present petition raises a grievance as regards the alleged illegal and unauthorized construction in property bearing No.822, MCD Ward No.189, Khasra No.175, Gali No.22, Zakir Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi110025, admeasuring 200 Sq. yards. 2.

property in question and consequently, a demolition order has been passed. He submits that demolition action is scheduled to be taken tomorrow. He also submits that requisite action shall be taken in accordance with law, and shall be taken to its logical conclusion expeditiously. Needless to say, the same shall be subject to the statutory remedies of the owner(s)/occupier(s) of the property in question.

In view of the aforesaid, no further order/s are required to be passed in the present petition; the same, along with pending application/s, is accordingly disposed of.
