1. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that appropriate orders to fully comply with this Court's order dated 24.01.2023 will be passed within a period of two weeks from today.

2. In the light of this stand taken by the respondents the petition is disposed of by taking the said statement on record and directing that in case orders complying with the order dated 24.01.2023 are not passed by the respondents within two weeks, the petitioner will be entitled to interest from the date of passing of the order @8% per annum on all his retiral dues.
