Learned counsel for the petitioner states that after the last date of hearing, the petitioner's pension bank account No. 67042175781 of State Bank of India, Nediavila Branch (Kollam District, Kerala) has been de-freezed by the Commissioner, Income Tax in an appeal filed by the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition and pending application are disposed of as having become infructuous.
