The primary grievance of the Petitioner is regarding the demand of excess registration charges for registration of the Agreement to Sell without possession dated 06.08.2020 for 19.58 acres of land. The Petitioner has also prayed for quashing and termination of the letters dated 26.04.2024, 19.05.2022 and 19.05.2022 and a direction to Respondent No.5 to take steps for the sale/conveyance of the subject property bearing 20 acres of the land. 2.
When this Court confronted the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that in an earlier writ petition being W.P.(C) 4874/2020 wherein more or less similar prayers, as in the present writ petition, had been raised by the Petitioner and the said writ petition was withdrawn by the Petitioner vide Order dated 04.08.2020, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take all such steps as may be available in accordance with law. 3.
