The present writ petition cannot be entertained by this Court by virtue of provisions of Section 14 (2) of Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 read with the judgment of the Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court in L. Chandrakumar vs. Union of India & Ors reported in (1997) 3 SCC 261.

The petitioner is thus permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi on the same cause of action, in accordance with law.

The petition alongwith applications stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty so sought granted.
