This application has been filed placing on record the settlement dated 19th February 2025, arrived at between the parties with the facilitation of Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. 2.

The Court has perused the said settlement and finds the same to be lawful and acceptable.

The respondent is a minor and is represented through his father. Compensation was given to Master Nikhil, who sustained injuries outside the factory premises of appellant. The settlement, being in favour of minor respondent, is therefore acceptable.

As per the settlement, an amount of Rs.4.5 lakhs deposited with this Court, has to be released in favour of respondent Master Nikhil (minor), who is being represented through his father Sh. Sh. Ram Charan is present in the Court along with his counsel. 6.

Counsel for appellant states that the additional amount of Rs.60,000/- to be paid by the appellant to Master Nikhil shall be paid during the course of the day today itself, to the father of minor respondent. 7.

The application is allowed and is directed that the amount lying deposited with the Registry of this Court be released to Sh. Ram Charan on behalf of minor respondent along with up-to-date accrued interest with no penalty being imposed by the bank.

Application stands disposed of.

In view of the above settlement, this appeal stands disposed of along with the pending application.
