Learned counsel for the appellant fairly submits that the connected appeal being LPA No. 372/2023 already stands dismissed by this Court vide order dated 01.05.2024, which order was unsuccessfully assailed by the appellant before the Apex Court. In the light of the aforesaid, the present appeal also deserves to be dismissed by following the ratio of the decision in LPA No. 372/2023.
