% 24.07.2019 CM. No. 33169/2019 (for delay) This is an application filed by the applicants / review petitioners seeking condonation of 23 days delay in filing the review petition. For the reasons stated in the application delay of 23 days in filing the review petition is condoned. Application stands disposed of.
REV. PET. 282/2019 The present review petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking review of order dated May 29, 2019. After perusing the grounds of the review petition and hearing the counsel for the review petitioners, it is clear that the attempt of the petitioners is to re-argue the matter on merit, which is clearly impermissible in the review petition. I do not see any reason to interfere in the matter. The review petition is dismissed.
CM. No. 33168/2019 (for stay) Dismissed as infructuous.
