This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 seeking issuance of appropriate writ of the order/direction of like nature to the Respondents for regularizing listing of criminal complaint being CC NI ACT/619/2024.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that in view of the status report filed by the Computer Branch of the Principal District and Sessions Judge (North), Rohini Courts, Delhi, the prayer sought in this petition stands satisfied.
