By way of the present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner has raised a grievance that there has been inaction on part of respondents No.12 and 13 in taking appropriate steps and in this regard, he has already approached respondent No.14/Reserve Bank of India.

Mr. Sinha, learned Additional Sanding Counsel for the State submits that charge sheet has already been filed and that further investigation is pending. He further submits that every effort would be made to conclude the same at the earliest.
