The sole grievance of the petitioner seems to be to grant permission for installation of Reverse Osmosis (RO) water purification plant at the residential premises of the Petitioner.

Let the petitioner to approach the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) by way of an application. On doing so, let the SDM to deal with the petitioner's application in accordance with extant rules. 3.
Let the concerned SDM to pass reasoned order within six weeks from the date of receiving of the copy of the application. 4.
With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed of.
