The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India on behalf of the petitioner seeking extension of interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 24.06.2020 in FIR No. 336/2018 registered Sections 376/506 IPC and Section 4 of the POCSO Act at Police Sation Madhu Vihar, passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge (POCSO), ASJ-06, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, on the ground that the father of the petitioner was hospitalised and there was no one in the family to look after him. 2.

Subsequently, the interim bail granted to the petitioner was extended on 17.07.2020 & 11.08.2020 and lastly it was extended on 09.09.2020 only for a period of one week by the trial court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to the order dated 24.08.2020 passed by the Full Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 3037/2020 titled as Court On Its Own Motion v. State & Ors. and prays that the petitioner's interim bail may be extended till 31.10.2020. 4.

The relevant paras of the order dated 24.08.2020 passed in the aforesaid writ petition are as follows:- "2. Taking note of the extraordinary circumstances prevailing at that point of time and taking note of the directions of Hon'ble Administrative and General Supervision Committee of this Court issued from time to time regarding functioning of Delhi High Court and Courts subordinate to Delhi High Court, the directions contained in our order dated 25th March, 2020 were further extended vide our orders dated 15th May, 2020, 15th June, 2020, and 13th July, 2020 and the latest extension is effective till 31st August, 2020.

Now taking note of the prevalent Covid-19 pandemic situation in Delhi, Hon'ble Administrative and General Supervision Committee of this Court has been pleased to order that the regular functioning of this Court as well Courts subordinate to this Court shall continue to remain suspended till 31st August, 2020.

4. In view of the above, we hereby further extend the implementation of the directions contained in our orders dated 25th March, 2020, 15th May, 2020, 15th June, 2020 and 13th July, 2020, till 31st October, 2020 with the same terms and conditions."

Accordingly, in view of the directions contained in the order dated 24.08.2020 passed by the Full Bench of this Court in the aforesaid matter, the petitioner's interim bail is extended till 31.10.2020 on the same terms and conditions.

Copy of this order be communicated to the concerned Jail Superintendent electronically.

With above directions, the petition is accordingly disposed of alongwith all pending applications.
