Mr. Rajeev M. Roy, counsel appearing for the Insurance Company, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to raise all contentions, during the course of arguments, on the basis of the evidence already led, and the records of the criminal proceedings, which have been requisitioned before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal ('MACT'). 2.
Respondents' Evidence ('RE') is scheduled before the Local Commissioner LC) on 30th May 2026. It is expected that the Insurance Company shall take necessary steps to proceed expeditiously with the leading of its evidence. The accident pertains to the year 2018 and the matter is still at the stage of evidence.

Therefore, all parties shall extend full cooperation to the MACT to ensure that the evidence is recorded expeditiously. 4.
