O R D E R

% 15.09.2020 The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.

1. The petitioner is aggrieved by a notice dated 10.09.2020 issued by the North Delhi Municipal Corporation ('North DMC'), whereby his godown i.e. property at Khasra no. 26/1/1(4-05) & 26/10(4-16), Tikri Kalan, Delhi - 41, has been booked as being in violation of the Delhi Master Plan-2021. The petitioner contends that the Zonal Plan permits such activity and the order has been passed without hearing him.

2. In the circumstances, this writ petition shall be treated as the petitioner's representation by the North Delhi Municipal Corporation ('North DMC'). He shall be heard within 2 weeks from today through video conferencing, if physical hearing is not preferred. Let the

matter be decided within 4 weeks from today.

3. It is hoped that till a decision is taken in the matter, no coercive measures shall be taken against the petitioner.

4. The writ petition, alongwith pending applications, is disposed-off in terms of the above.
